Do not use store reviews as a way to judge products, most of the time most store reviews are pretty meaningless. You can't tell what a product is going to do in the long run in a few paragraphs on Newegg. I would not get that PSU, Rosewill does make some decent ones since they use Super Flower (although not the Leadex that EVGA uses) but they're still pretty decent. There's much better that you can get in that price range though.

Yeah that would be good if you have a flexible budget, get a GTX 980TI, 16GB DDR4, and an i7 and you would be set. A 980 can handle 1440P fine, but if you decide to go 4K or Oculus that's where you would need the 980TI.
