it all just happens very shortly after booting up, I have done a fresh windows install, on a blown away hard drive, made sure the graphics card was not installed and that it was using the onboard graphics, and a memtest. I am completely stumped!

my rig

MSI Z87-G45 motherboard
intel i7 4770k
gskill ripjaw 1866 8gb ram
coolermaster evo cpu cooler
currently on board graphics because graphics card was having issues of its own
and a evga 750 watt gold psu

also Had blue screen once but never again.

if you can help me than you are a god send

The longer the better. Memtest 86 gets more complicated every pass. That is why the second pass takes longer to run than the first and so on. It might be something that the first few passes wont pick up.

I one time had a system that would pass up to 7 passes of Memtest but on the 8th pass it failed.
Nice choice. I have the black Kennedy. Love it even more than my Tobeco Turbo V2.

That said, lets figure you problem out.

What version of Memtest did you run and for how long?

As I said that looks like an issue with the IGP and normally memory is what causes that.
