I am in the process of deciding on parts to purchase to build my first pc, I have googled everything and all my searches lead me to answers from this site. I have all my parts but would like opinions from experienced Gaming pc builders. My Parts listed Below. My budget is around 700$
And if it helps I plan on playing shooters and open world games, first and third person.

Motherboard: MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97-G45 GAMING

Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Black (HX318C10FBK2/16)

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW DVI-I/HDMI/Display Port GDDR5 Graphics Card with ACX Cooling 02G-P4-3757-KR

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K Processor 3.5 GHz LGA 1150 BX80646I54690K

Power Supply: EVGA 500 W1 80+, 500W Continuous Power, 3 Year Warranty Power Supply 100-W1-0500-KR

Thank you in advance for suggestions or advice.

Get only 8GB of RAM and an R9 270X, unless you are doing heavy virtualization the better GPU will have a much more significant impact than another 8GB of RAM. Also get an aftermarket cooler if you are going to overclock, if you are not than get a locked i5 and save ~$20

No need for 16 gigs of ram, gpu will breeze through anything at 1080p.

I was just here for the hardware, I do already have a case: NZXT

Monitor: BenQ RL2455HM

Keyboard: Razer Black Widow Ultimate (want to try a K70)

Mouse: Razer Death Adder.

The only reason I got the mouse and keyboard, they were on sale at the time. this case originally housed super cheap parts, i got it from best buy last year, it was 500$ and did not last long, it had an nvidia geforce gtx 610
a 350 watt power supply and I still have the 500Gb toshiba HDD it came with. I have been wanting to rebuild but as you can all tell I am not exactly knowledgeable in the craft of pc building
