Better Ipone 6 Alternatives?

Hey guys! I am due for a phone upgrade, so I'm back in the market for something priced around/or below the Iphone 6. My current cell is a 4s and I've somewhat gotten used to the IOS format and interface. Though, I know there are better phones out there than a Iphone 6, and I would be willing (I want to) try something new. I am not going to be looking for anything specific in any category that makes up a good smart phone, like performance, build quality, picture quality, etc, so I'm completely open for your guys' opinions! :D

What would you suggest?

Either get a LG g4. It's the only phone left with a user replaceable battery and expandable memory. I don't care about the memory so much, but if your a power user, replacing your battery after the first year can easily breathe new life into the phone. Or get a Moto X pure edition. You can probably sell you current phone for about 200, if you pay out of pocket you can outright own the motox and enjoy a nice low monthly bill.
