Where to get tech support for custom PC?

Hello, I just built a PC and when I try to turn it on everything lights up and starts working for two seconds and then stops. I would like to know where I could get tech support for a custom built PC. Preferably somewhere where I could have someone look at it and fix it. Thanks!

This is something you personally put together?

Your two best resources are either us here, or a very trusted friend.
And computer shop you might take it to knows less than you do of how it was assembled.

So what, specifically, is happening or not happening?
Can you give us a detailed parts list?

Basically what happens is I try to boot my PC and all the fans, lights, everything turns on for two seconds and then turns off. Yes I put it together.
Here is a part list;
Intel Core i5 4690
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaw 2x4 GB RAM
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
Corsair H100i GTX Liquid Cooler
Corsair RM750 PSU

I've already tried that troubleshoot checklist and it was no help. Also tried moving the RAM to different slots, using only one stick and nothing. As for the wiring I am thinking that this is the problem, but I'm not sure. I'll post some pictures of it so that maybe you can verify it.

I already solved the problem myself. There was a problem with the motherboard.

What was the problem cause I think I’m having the same problem after adding an nvme ssd. With power supply on the motherboard rgb is always working, but one I try to power on it turns on for a second with cpu and dram red led for that one second, then after that, pressing the power button does nothing unless I turn off power supply then turn it back on, in which case it restarts the same process. I also tried without the ssd afterwards and still doesn’t work.
