thanks you, first i click window key and R ,then i write cmd on the command box .so please it's not responding my action.cmd command is not working box on the screen .thanks

What windows OS? XP,Vista,7? Try running it as an administrator. If you can't do that, Try searching up on google about "cmd not opening".
