So after moving into my new apartment, my desktop computer which I've built has started to make some strange morse code-like clicking noises and sometimes holds out a dull pitch.

After looking around some videos online I couldn't find any hardware that made this noise. I've checked videos for failing hard drives, graphics cards, and PSUs. Furthermore, I've noticed that sometimes the clicking noises line-up with changes on my screen i.e I'll open up a new tab in chrome *click*, I change tabs *click* etc. I think it may be associated with my GPU due to this and also because when the fans pick up the clicking stops.

Any ideas what it could be? I plan on giving my computer a good dusting soon and see if that helps at all.

Opening a new tab would technically use the HDD, and it's pretty much the only moving part in the build. Back up anything important onto another hard drive while you look into it further.
What happens if you click on the hard drive in My Computer? Does the clicking happen then?
