Upgrading the processor, but I am not sure if the motherboard would fit?!

I currently has an MSI ms-7597 ver 1.2 which I don't know it will fit my AMD athlon x4 quadcore 860K processor that I am buying, I try several site including specs site provided by MSI but i still couldn't figure it out, I would highly appreciate if someone can solve this for me!

Nope. The 860K is an FM2/FM2+ socket CPU, but the motherboard is socket AM3.

something with the A88X chipset would be ideal. asus, asrock, gigabyte. pick a size (ATX, mATX) and have at it.

Compatibility isn't generally an issue with GPUs - as long as it's not really old, any GPU will work on any motherboard.
