Which Bios is appropriate when using FX 8350 on the Asrock 970 extreme4 board?
My board came with Bios version P2.60
Am I good to go?

You can see that P2.60 supports that CPU. You are good to go.

Don't ignore the note; otherwise the motherboard may throttle the CPU: "* For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design."

The VRM can get hot enough to throttle the CPU; you could use an Antec SpotCool or come up with your own solution.
