My hP laptop has been stuck in 'failure to configure Windows laptop updates reverting changes Do not turn off you computer' for 3 days now. I cannot access anything from my laptop. It brought me that message and i tried restarting but nothing worked. Its a hp pavillion G6 laptop with windows 8.1. Please help how can i solve this.
