GPU Upgrade & Power Consumption Questions (750ti, 650ti Boost)

Hi! I got this little gaming pc here and I would like to ask if will it be worth it to switch from my current GPU which is a 650 Ti Boost to a 750 Ti (particularly the Palit StormX Dual Fan).

Although I'm very contented on my GPU's performance, my main concern about it is its power consumption which is at 134W compared to 60W from 750 ti. I bought my GPU as a second hand item for ~90$ (and I could probably sell it at the same price) and the cheapest 750 Ti I could find in nearby local stores is at 150$. Do I actually save money from lower power consumption by dishing out another 60$?

I know I can just do the math, but I'm not completely sure how power consumption scale compared to usage. I checked the HWMonitor and at roughly 12hrs of uptime the average total GPU power is at ~30%.

On performance, based on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qRzeUqtM-A. I believe that both cards is on par with each other. Although I got a 1GB card, and the one I'm buying is 2GB, would it make a difference on 1600x900 gaming? The games I play are NBA2k15, Skyrim, Dota 2 and Shadow of Mordor.

Thanks in advance!

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 4.0GHz
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33
GPU: EVGA 650 Ti Boost 1GB
PSU: Corsair VS450

Solution
I would not bother.
At most, you would save 75w.
If you ran 40 hours per week, all year, I would guess you would save $15 in a year, based on 10c per kwhr.

OTOH, if you can recover your GTX650ti costs, a GTX750ti would perform a bit better.
So perhaps the exchange might be worth the bother.
