Very High CPU Idle Temps

So about a day ago i started getting really high CPU temps (Idles around 90C) and i didn't know what the problem was .I got in my PC and took off my liquid cooling unit (Asetek 510LC) and re-applied some thermal paste but that didn't help one bit.I also get very high CPU loads while browsing the internet.Just asking to see if anyone could think of anything else that's causing this.Thank you

My build right now:
Case: Haf 912
Motherboard:Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H
CPU:intel i-5 3570k @ 3.4GHz
CPU Cooler: Asetek 510lc 120mm liquid cooling
GPU:Cause I think my gtx660ti is dead right now i'm using onboard graphics
Ram: 8Gb of Kingston
PSU: TX 850 watts
SSD: Crucial 120gb
HDD:2TB Black Western digital

I mean that's not the best AIO liquid cooler around, but it should be managing a lottttt better than that. Idles at 90? That's insane.

Are you using windows 10? I'd check to see if there were any updates recently in the time frame which the spikes began. I'd try a system restore quick if that seems to be the case. If that doesn't help, start checking drivers/bios revisions to be sure you have the latest non beta version of each. It's possible the pump on the AIO is failing, but not fully dead, otherwise temps would be even worse. If you still have the stock cooler that came with the 3570K try putting that on to see what temps look like.

Right now I'm using windows 7 pro and have been trying to system restore. For monitoring the temps I'm using speed fan and OCCTs built in HW monitor also OCCTs core temps. Both have been giving me the same temps.

I don't know how to reply cause I'm on my phone but none of my system restores have been successful so far they keep failing. Should I buy a new fan like the hyper212?
