I'm looking for a PC case that is under £50 ($75)

I would like a lot of cooling and dust ventilation and a colour of black with some red LEDS.

All of them have excellent ventilation, and some of them have red LEDs. All of these cases will handle any mid to high range build well, so long as you aren't going to be doing custom watercooling or triple / quad SLI. It's entirely up to you which one you should go with, since cases are a matter of personal taste as well.
