Hello... 1) remove shortcut from "Startup" folder.
2) Type MSCONFIG... select Selective startup, Un-select item in "Startup" tab, and Apply.

Hello... 1) Click the "Start" Circle Windows logo at the bottom "Task bar"... far left.
2) In "Search programs and files" type MSCONFIG... and click on APP.
This is Windows System Configuration... Boot APPs/Drivers can show up here and be disabled... Re-boot Windows for the changes to be Tested or take effect.
