New CPU, New MOBO, New PSU and the board won't start. What am I missing?

My computer got struck by lightening through the ethernet port. (Strange I know. But we heard loud pops and the computer was unplugged and the internet was blown.

So I replaced the Motherboard, still didn't start. Plugged in new PSU, didn't start.

Now I have a new CPU and it STILL won't start.

What is the next logical step? It's in the case but not screw in or anything. (I screwed one or two in to hold it in place.) What else could be blown?

I only have the CPU in. No parts (HDD's, CD drive, Graphics Card, memory) are plugged in.

Help!

Have you checked that all you standoffs are good? Also your CPU might not be supported by the BIOS.

Yes, it needs RAM for it to show anything on the screen. Otherwise all it will do is give you a POST beep code (if you have a POST speaker installed).
