Hello. I'm building a PC with a Skylake CPU and, long story short, the mobo's been the hardest choice yet since there are a lot of models for a similar price. I'm not sure how much exactly I'll decide to spend on it, so I'll give two options - Budget and Higher-end - and I'd appreciate it if opinions are given on which MB's the better choice in the two sets and also whether it's worth it to go with the higher-end set.

Budget:
MSI Z170A PC Mate
Asus Z170-k
Gigabyte Z170-D3H

Higher-end:
ASrock Z170-Extreme 4
Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 3
Asus Z170-Pro Gaming

The Asus PG looks like the best one, though it's also the most expensive. I'm going to be overclocking my 6600k and probably my EVGA GTX 970, so I'm also wondering whether there is any major difference between the overclocking capabilities of the two sets.
