dont get a fx cpu they are always beat by i3's i5's i7's however a athlon is a reasonable chip for a low budget build

Well, technically you can overclock the FXS insanely easily to like 5 GHZ, as well as have 6-8 cores.

 


i7's have hyper threading giving it 8-12 cores and even overclocked the cores preform way worse then a decent i5

Oh I'm completely aware you should never use those PSU's or CX from Corsair. But $350 isn't much to work with when a good psu is atleast $50.
