Okay, so I am in need of review for a Gaming PC Build, I have hopes on this PC being able to run games like Far Cry 4 and Dying Light on High-Ultra settings with 40+ fps on 1080p. Now I know this is a tall request, but I do have some of the requirements out of the way, I'll include what I have below.
What I have:
ATX Mid Tower Case, 1TB HDD, CD/DVD ODD, 375W ATX Power Supply, Win 8.1 x64

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($201.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($87.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($48.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Enthusiast Edition Video Card ($141.98 @ Newegg)
Other: Moniter ($45.18)
Total: $526.11

Thank you all so much for taking the time to read this!

Couple of notes:

On a budget, the 4590 isn't the way to go. The 4460 will only have a very, very slight performance dip for $20 less.

You don't need a Z97 motherboard for a locked processor, H97 is cheaper and more appropriate.

Again, on a budget 1866MHz RAM isn't the way to go.

The 750ti is a great budget card, but that particular model is not worth the money at all. If you're gonna pay that much, spend $10 more and get a GTX 950.

This is the best I could do.

Just upgrade your PSU if you want the 2nd one. 2nd one is slightly better.
