GeForce GTX 760
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670k CPU @ 3.40hz
8GB ram

I usually have 20 fps depending on the game and 40 - 50 in csgo.
^Always on low settings. How do I fix this? :(

No viruses, Drivers updated. not sure how to check the cpu usage in game. It's been the same fps since I got the computer, either way temp looks good.

Ctrl+Shift+Esc>Performance Tab. Then start gaming. After a couple minutes minimize your game and take a look at your graph. With that CPU you shouldn't be anywhere near 100% on most games. Use MSI Afterburner in the same way to monitor your GPU. Task manager is also great for monitoring your RAM, HDD and net usage. Also if you have multiple monitors, game on one and use the others for resource monitoring.

If none of those are maxed out you probably have some sort of virus.

When I play, it's not like I'm "lagging" I sometimes drop frames for like half a sec, It says that I have very low fps but I don't feel it, I had a laptop where I could drop down to 1fps.. had 0 fps once somehow.. either way, 20 fps was like max on that computer, and that's whats average on my current one, The performance is very different, I never drop down low, im just rocking that 20fps all the time...

I tried what you said, none is maxed out. I can't find any virus either? using F-Secure
