A Athlon X4 860K Overclocked to 4.5ghz will not Bottleneck a R9 270, R9 270X, R9 280 or 960 GTX. You wont notice a bottleneck in intensive games until you get up to a R9 280X and above.

What motherboard are you using and are you using the Stock cooler,? If so I wouldn't overclock to much because the Stock Cooler will only handle around 4.2ghz before the temps under load get higher than you typically want to see.

Here is a decent guide for Overclocking FM2 Chips take a look, it is not on a ASUS but the basics are covered and it will give you a decent feel for the process.

Here are some basic explanations of what your Asus Bios has, compare them to the Above before you start.

Here is a more detailed Video of the Asus Board you have but it is not in English, once you are familar with the Above 3 then look at this one.

By now if you have consumed all the above then you should be familiar enough to give it a try, I would give EZ Mode a shot first and see how high it will go my guess would be 4.3ghz. The process wont change regardless which CPU you have and all FM2 CPU's will also perform better with faster RAM, when I build a FM2 system I use 1866mhz or better and overclock the RAM timings to whatever max I can find stable. I hope you find this helpful for me just to tell you what to change wont help you learn what is going on, these however will give you a good feel for the Task.

I cannot overclock it always fail Frequency goes up to 4514 and the mhz of the the ram goes above 1600mhz and should be okay but i noticed something wierd as my ram shows only 1600 mhz when i bought 1866mhz ram FURY the blue one, should i buy new ram or what because this looks wierd for me and now i just started playinh H1Z1 and Far cry 3 and my fps go higher when i lower the render distance. My ram usage goes up to 6gb or above playing only 1 game no apps running.
