Is A 400w Psu Enough for a gtx 970?

So i have an athlon x4 860k @ 4.2ghz and the stock is 3.7 ghz and I have an evga 400w psu but I wanna add a geforce gtx 970. Will my psu be enough for this system?

No it's not. 500w is recommended for a GTX970 and 28 amps on the +12v rail is a MUST.

Besides being insufficient, your EVGA 400 is a relatively low quality power supply. When you pick up a new unit you need to step up the quality some.
