will you please tell me that what is my signal to noise ratio in db.

It's pretty uncommon for routers to tell you what your actual SNR is - they tell you the SNR margin, which in your case is 9.3dB downstream and 23dB upstream.

The other useful value measured in dB is attenuation, which is 31.5dB.

your downstream SNR is bad, your downstream attenuation is bad and you attainable rate is terrible. Have you contacted your ISP and reported a issue with your connection? Stats like these indicate link breaks at least 20 times per day
