Guys, I need help. I am building my first $600 PC. Here are the 2 Specs for me.

CPU - i5 4460
GPU - GTX 750 Ti
MOBO - Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1
RAM - 2x4GB (8GB)
STORAGE - 1TB
PSU - 430W

OR

CPU - FX6300
GPU - GTX 950
MOBO - ASRock 980DE3/U3S3
RAM - 2x4GB (8GB)
STORAGE - 1TB
PSU - 430W

Please tell me which is good for...
GTA V |ULTRA|
BF4 |ULTRA|
Project Cars |ULTRA|
I hope to try 30+FPS

I will also...
MultiTask... ALOT
Live Stream
Record

EDIT: Please note that this includes my Monitor, Keyboard/mouse, and Speakers!

if you have a local micro center they have the 4590 for 160.00. look for at the asrock h97 mb there only few bucks more and let you drop in a newer cpu without a bios update. for the power supply look at the evga 600b or the 750w evga power supply that on sale right now. the 430w is to low for a gaming pc. i would use the i5 with onboard video and then buy the 950 when you have the funds.

Both builds are all equal to $600. I'm sorry, but I cannot add anymore. Substituting would be nice. Also, I do not have ANY PC stores near me, except for Best Buy.

Nice build, But my build actually includes a monitor, keyboard, and speakers. Sorry, forgot to mention. I'll edit my post. Try to help me find a better build with ~$437.

Ok, I changed it to a 970 MOBO. I already knew that those Motherboards are the best, but It was too expensive. But I found one of sale, so, that's perfect! Thanks!
