Hey ive got a dell precision T3400 with 375 watt of Dell power supply im looking to upgrade my power supply because i have a nvidia galaxy geforce GT 740 card and the minimum requirment of psu for it was 400 everything worked great before but then the sudden texture pop up increase and lag also in all my games ruined it for me so i was wondering if u guys could recommend me a good psu which can solve this problem and would fit in my cpu itll be really appreciated thanks

Usually, if your PSU isn't supplying enough power, you have other symptoms, such as unexpected shut downs, or simply freezing. You may have other issues than the PSU that are causing the symptoms you describe. What are your complete system specs? The T3400 came in many different configurations.

my system specs are intel core 2 quad 2.55 8 gb ram 1 TB HDD and the graphic card is nvidia geforce galaxy GT 740 2gb but i use windows 10 32 bit will change to 64

Since you are running a 32-bit OS, you only have access to 4 GB of RAM,even though you have 8GB installed. This could be the major contributor to you low FPS. And certain games would require more than 2 GB of VRAM, especially if you are running high levels of AA at a high resolution (1920x1080 or higher). At any rate, 8GB of RAM on a 32-Bit OS is a waste of 4 GB of ram.
