Hello.
I've got a Lenovo laptop with these specs:

Processor: Intel Core i7-5600U Processor (4MB Cache, up to 3.20GHz)

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 940M 1GB

Harddisk: 512 GB Solid State Drive, Serial ATA3

RAM: 16GB PC3-12800 DDR3L (2 DIMM)

Screen: 15.5" 3K (2880x1620), IPS, Multi-touch, with WWAN

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Wi-Fi LAN adapter: Intel 7265 AC/B/G/N Dual Band Wireless + Bluetooth Version 4.0

I can't play Minecraft with more than 70 fps on low settings. Is that normal for my computer?
Is there a bottleneck in the setup, or is my computer just not build for gaming?

Thank you,
Jakob Staudal

The nVidia 940m is considered a "good mainstream" GPU, but it is not considered a "gaming" GPU. In my opinion the nVidia GTX 960m would be the lowest nVidia GPU that I would consider a "gaming" GPU.

If you are playing games at native resolution (2880x1620), then I recommend you lower the resolution to improve performance.
