sure. :D

I would guess INR which is a bit over $900.

The 970, as far as I recall is an AMD based (AM3+) board; not gonna be a match with a i5

SUggested:

MSI Gaming 5
1 TB Seagate SSHS
4 x 2 GB DDR-3 2133 CAS 9 RAM
i5 (best ya can fit in budget)
EVGA 750 B2 (Avoid anything from Corsair with a C in model name, all so avoid RM)

everything is cool i guess except the psu which i am afraid would not be available here.

I would not recommend a Biostar MOBO. They don't even show up in the THG H81 MOBO Tier List.

The motherboard is made for AMD processors, while you have an i5 processor. You need to get an H97 chipset motherboard, otherwise with your current motherboard the PC won't work and you risk destroying the i5 and the motherboard if you do. Also, that PSU isn't a very high quality one, I recommend that get a good Seasonic or XFX unit.

Here is a build I compiled a while back for another forum member. It should fit your needs:

Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB:Click Here. Rs.3405/-
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600MHz: Click Here. Rs.4050/-
Asus H97M-E 32GB DDR3 Motherboard: Click Here. Rs.7830/-
Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Processor: Click Here. Rs.14740/-
Cooler Master CMP 250 Mid Tower Computer Case: Click Here. Rs.2385/-
Asus Geforce GTX960 2GB Graphics Card: Click Here. Rs.18135/-
Seasonic S12II series 430w Power Supply: Click Here. Rs.4400/-

Also keep in mind that prices may have changed slightly since this build is a few weeks old.

For 60,000 rupees (About $900 USD) this is a pretty good build. I didn't add a mobo or case. I don't know a whole lot about motherboards so I will let you guys choose. And you can pick whatever case you want. If you aren't going to overclock and you can fit it into the budget you could get a Xeon E3 1231 V3 or a Xeon E3 1241 V3 (they can't be overclocked) but they have hyperthreading.

seagate is on par with WD cavier blue and the WD that is priced near the seagate is a green series which are terrible plus its 5400 rpm and 32mb cache vs the 7200 rpm, 64mb cache seagate....

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1668379/western-digital-seagate-barracuda.html

here are price comps the only winner is caviar black at $20 more the cavier blue and seagate barracuda are identical and both are amazingly reliable.....
