best CPU MoBo combo around $200 for GTX 970

im looking for the best cpu motherboard combo for around 200 bucks, i recently bought the GTX 970 and found out that my current cpu (amd athlon 5350) isnt good enough to go with it. and because i just spend $400 on the GPU im looking for a cheap/good combo. (i prefer a non AMD so i can use the NVIDIA optimisation software

thanks for the fats reply, how much better wil these combos be better compared to my old one? (old one can barely run chrome and hearthstone at the same time)

i3 isn't worth it , get the > Intel Core i5-4460 , with the H97 board above , will be a big difference with your 970.
