I need a cpu cooler urgently. My Pc has been flunctuation in temps during idle where it sometime rises to 50 degrees idle and then others at 20 degrees. But overall, I'm pretty certain it's the thermal paste so Im getting a new cooler. Im not doing any overclocking but will want some good overclocking headroom. Overall, it has to: cool, quite and effecient. I have been seeing the phanteks tc12dx rd which would go with my build but it is out of stock and I cant wait that long.
It'll really be appreciated.
Note: Looks do matter but I am willing to paint the heatsink etc if I have to.
Also- no hyper 212, i want something better
