Does unbranded vs branded ram matter?

I wanna order some ram now, but I only have $30 in my bank account and I don't get paid for a few days. I found some ram on eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/4GB-DDR3-10600-1333MHz-PC3-10600U-DIMM-RAM-240-PIN-DESKTOP-SDRAM-/111750192575?hash=item1a04d49dbf) and was wondering if I should wait or if this would be fine.

Edit: I just found out that they say they will either ship out Micron, Spectek, or Samsung ram. So now I'm wondering if it would be ok to buy this or wait and get something like Kingstom ram.

it is branded just not top tier brand and name not listed....... patriot ram and some a-data ram look like that. also some ram that would have been stock in a PC from a company like dell would look like that ....... all 3 would be quality ram in general but not as reliable in a high end set up like g-skill or corsair would be. however for a budget friendly PC it will be fine.
