ok so first let me say this is first time i am having this problem.I got a trojan horse,opencandy,hacktool and installRex cb warnings from my AVG premium antivirus so my question to you guys is should I just do clean install or try to fix problem but how can I?Also is AVG the best to deal with this kind of stuff cause it is in the virus vault,This is all in my temp folder.i think the trojan horse came from java .Please help.And if I need to clean install any idea how to keep bf4 without downloading and installing it again.Also do I need the temp cant i block it or something

Here's a few things you can do:
1) Stop going to fishy websites
2) Disable (or enable-on-click) plugins
3) Uninstall Java VM
4) Install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
If you have an external disk or don't care about the files on the computer, it is advisable to do a clean install from a newly created media (using microsoft's media creation tool)
