Safe voltage for and phenom ii x4 925 to overclock to 3.5 ghz

I want to overclock my cpu to at least 3.5 ghz with a liquid cooler and if so I would want to go higher but what is a safe voltage for 3.5 ghz?

Personally, I like to keep the core voltage no higher than 1.5V. Many folks will take theirs higher, but I believe that is the safe max as per AMD for the 95W and 125W Phenom II X4 line.
