Hi everyone!
I'm looking to upgrade from my Radeon HD 7770 GHz edition to something a bit meatier in anticipation of Fallout 4. I would like to run it at high - ultra high settings at 1080p60. I'm looking to spend somewhere in the neighborhood of $200 - $250, and I've come up with a few possibilities.
The first is the R9 380.
The second is the R9 290.
Which is better? Is there another card that's even better than these in my price range?
Any help would be appreciated!

(P.S. I already know I'm going to need to get a beefier power supply to run either of these cards. Is this a good choice?)
