I have had my computer for about 3 years. about 2 years ago the ssd I had the OS installed on crashed, replaced and reinstalled. now fast forward to this past Friday the OS hdd crashed again, upon my trouble shooting to rule the hdd a complete loss, my computer stopped posting and stopped showing the 'press DEL for setup' screen.

currently it starts up 'normal' in regards to LEDs, fans, and common 'sounds' (hdd, computer noises, hope it makes sense lol)
so far I have tried everything under the sun to include about 10 or so different forum posts on here, CMOS reset, no sata connections, complete tear down rebuild, cleaned out all dust, checked all power connections and other cabling, checked for grounds, on board video vs. graphics card, ram in out every stick every slot

the only thing that happens is it begins to boot up and after approx. 35 seconds (yes I timed it several times) it restarts post process and just loops every 35 seconds.

only thing that changes that is if I pull all 4 sticks of ram and boot then it will stay running until I hard shutdown but it never shows anything on the screen or anything in regards to a normal boot still no video no post no nothing

please note everything worked just fine for the past 2 years until this past Friday, so there aren't any bent pins there aren't any problems that are derived from a 'fresh build'. thank you for your time and all advice / questions are welcomed

my thoughts are the RAM but its hard to believe that all 4 sticks crashed simultaneously can someone help me out?

If it used to give the single beep during post (to indicate a successful post) then when you had all the ram out it should have beeped the 'no ram' beep code.
So if it used to single beep and didnt for the ram being out then you have a cpu (check cpu voltage from the psu at the eps/atx12 connector) or motherbd problem.
