16gb vs 32gb ram?

I will run after effects, photoshop, blender, and sony vegas on my pc. And I will also use my pc for extreme gaming. I will use a 1440p monitor.
I've heard that after effects sometimes have low ram issues, and im worried about that.

P.S. I will get a cas 16 ddr4-2600 ram.

If you really have the money, 64GB will result in much lower render times, up to 3.2 times faster than 16GB with a good cpu, but it's ofc much more expensive. 32GB will already lower times.
