Hello, i have finally decided to upgrade my PC, but i can't decide exactly which MOBO should i get.
Here are parts that I've already bought

CPU: i5 4690K 3.5Ghz
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB (2x8) 1866mhz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0+ 4GB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
PSU: EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Which Mobo should i get for best performance. also 90-120$ max!!!

*and what do you think about "asus z97-e", or "Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3"

Solution
The Gigabyte Z97X-SLI is a good SLI board, but has only four hybrid power phases and no doubler even, so I would want a better board unless all you plan is mild low-level overclocking. The UD3H and Gaming 3 are better with SLI capability and OK overclocking.

I agree that ASUS is expensive, but I find ASRock to have the best price-performance most of the time. If you live near a Microcenter, you may be able to find a good deal for walk-in.
