Well, as the title says, my question is "Can this PC play World of Warcraft smoothly?".
I'm looking for a pc, which will run raids smoothly on high or ultra settings.

Here is the build:

Solution
the evga supernova g2 one you picked is perfect. you want something in tier 1 or tier 2. i dont speak the language that site is in otherwise id look.

build looks awesome now. id say get it!
yes, but you are wasting a ton of money on a overclocking motherboard and cpu cooler since you picked a non overclocking processor.

For gaming you want either:
i5-4690k, CM Hyper 212 Evo, Z97 (Overclocking)
or
Xeon E3-1231 V3, Stock Cooler, H97 (Non-Overclocking)

Also, you need a better quality power supply:

if you go with the non-overclocking option, those changes could easily let you afford a better graphics card which would make a HUGE difference on your game. go with a r9 380/650w psu or r9 390/750w psu.

The link I looked at had a i5-4690. But, yeah, if you are getting a Maximus series board, you better be getting a k-series chip to go with it.
