Nvidia Shadowplay HOW?

I've had Shadowplay for quite some time, have configured and re-configured, shows as 'recording' in my Shadowplay , light on, toggle Alt+F9 to record, etc. , have a destination file for saves set....yet I get NOTHING! EVGA GTX970-i5-4670K-16GB RAM
Can anyone offer any help?

Afaik the file should be automatically converted to nvidia specified format ( i don't remember what it is). Maybe you need to reinstall full driver package? Make sure you do clean driver install if possible.

Did reinstall GFE pkg. I come up with *big number*.toc and *.bin files in an NvCache folder, but then what do I do with them. I've tried to run them thru the game.exe, nothing and I've tried to convert them to mp4 using Handbrake, nothing. Now what?
