Hello,
I am going to RMA an Asus Motherboard but I need to find out if there is a way for me to have Asus cover the shipping to their location.
I have RMA'd Asus products before but I had to pay for the shipping (But not the returning shipping).
I was curious if anyone here had a phone number to call for RMA support so I can talk to a rep and try to work something out.
Every number I tried led me to an endless recording about how great Asus is and, from what I see, the online RMA form mentions nothing about covering your shipping costs.
