hello guys , just bought this PSU and didn't notice that's tier 4 , well just bough it i plugged it , i've installed windows then suddenly pc shutted down , tried it on another pc doesn't work , it was budget psu , is there any hope to get it workd again cause i can't send it back to thermaltake since i live in algeria , also asking for some budget & good psu for gaming , thanks !
