Hello,
I have recently moved into my uni house and we have all been experiencing problems with the Internet at some point. Firstly, we have 2 wireless networks we can connect to. One is called "EE-3030303" and the other is called "5G-EE-3030303"
We noticed they both allow you to "connect" but only the 5G one gives you Internet access and works as it should so we're not sure what the there network is for.
My issue is I have just set up my pc and I cannot find the 5G network, only the "broken" one. I can detect other neighbours networks too and I am on my mobile phone connected to the 5G network so I am sure my pc should be able to pick it up so I'm sure I'm in physical range of the WiFi.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
EDIT - my flat mate also said she had trouble connecting with her IPad. Not sure if she should detect the network at all but I will ask her in the morning When's she's awake
