For the system i am building I need a Z170 motherboard. Now I know these are all very new, but the Gigabyte board I was looking at the GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming GT @ ~$300 has a really interesting looking audio feature with a 4 core creative audio processor and user swappable OP-AMPs. My question is this, how is the audio experience with boards using this sub system, I know this isn't a brand new feature and so it must work, but how well, and is it worth the extra $60 over the ASRock]http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157627&cm_re=Asrock_Z170_extrme_7-_-13-157-627-_-Product]ASRock Z170 Extreme7+[/url] @ ~$240? $300 is really my max, and I don't think I'll really need the features of a $500 board like the GigabyteZ170 G1, but I'd like to get the most feature rich and O.C. stable one I can at my price point. I know the Asus Z170 Saber tooth and Asrock Z170 Extreme9/+ are both due out by the end of the year, and as 6700k supply is still sketchy, maybe waiting a bit would be a better bet anyways.

Solution
I went with a Hero, the sound was good with the Z87 and Z97 versions and (just built it yesterday, so not a lot of time to play yet, but music sounds very good with it ;) not to mention OCs great, handles DRAM well, runs cool
