MotherBoard - ASUS Z170M-PLUS Micro ATX DDR4
RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT/s

FANS - 3x 120mm
LiquidCooler(GPU) - Corsair Hydro H80i

Yes, the chart I linked you is the "Recommended Wattage". Since selecting PSU's are heavily dependent on the GPU (being the GPU as the most power-hungry component in a rig), it takes into account all other components the PSU powers, such as the CPU, Motherboards, HDD, SDD, ODD, RAM, Fans, etc., with some headroom in there. Personally, I would go for a little bit higher than the "Recommended Wattage" (e.g., a 520W or a 550W), but since you already have a current (and good-quality EVGA) 500W, there's no point in spending a new PSU for a couple of wattage bumps/small headroom. Go with it, as it has already some headroom.
