ANY 4gb GTX 770 will work, try to find the same one if you can for similar clock speeds if not ANY 4gb 770 is fine and don't get a 2gb card as SLI will downgrade both GPUs to 2gb.

You would HAVE to use another 4gb 770 you can't SLI a 2gb and 4gb card and you cant SLI a 770 and a 780. You use to be able to sli 2 cards with the same gpu and different vram but that hasn't worked for awhile now. I run 2 4gb 770s in SLI.
