I'm planning on getting new Ram since 4 gb isn't cutting it anymore.
So my question is: Can I fit the DIMM DDR3 2x4GB 2133MHz Kingston HyperX Savage CL11, HX321C11SRK2/8 on to the ASRock H55M-LE and would I have any problems doing so.

My power supply is the Raidmax RX-500AF 500W
Graphics card is the Nvidia Geforce GT740
and the CPU is Intel Core i5 760 @2.60

The RAM you mention is compatible with chipsets H67 and above (yours is H55) so it may not be compatible with your motherboard...also on Asrock's site it isnt listed on the supported RAM list so you should avoid using this particular RAM.

I've checked the supported RAM list for the motherboard and there isnt a single 8gb kit in there however the specs show that 8gb is supported.
Do you have any kit to recommend for my MB?

Yes thats true...usually manufacturers dont test every RAM thats available...

I would suggest these:
