Hello guys, i think i will be able to by me a pc at last. i am on a budget right now and i think top limit is about 600 no more. i know it wont be super fast pc but i want it to be good and play all the upcoming games on as high graphics as possible such as fallout 4, doom 4 and lots more. Also i am doing some youtube stuff and my old rig takes in too long about 3 hours to render a 20 minute log video and if this new rig will make it 2x time faster it will enough for me. also while recording my games it lags really much and hope this rig which you will suggest will be able to handle it. i know double titan z and monster i7 processor will handle anything but as i said i am on a budget right know and will be really happy if this rig will last me for 1 year so i save for better monster rig till than :p.
thanks guys.

on your old rig if you have good sata drives and gpu and power supply and case you can reuse them and use more money for the cpu and mb.
if you need the rig now look on newegg dyi they have some good sales on combo parts.
a base rig would be a 99.00 i3 and a h97 mb for 70.00
40-50 for 8g of ddr3 ram
40.00 for a 1tb hard drive.
power supply 50-60.
cases 50-60.
dvd drive 12-20.
750ti 99.00/ 950 150....960 199.00

If you really plan on upgrading in a year I would recommend this build as you would just need to get a new CPU and GPU for it instead of building a completely new system:

I wouldn't mix that CPU with that motherboard. I would recommend the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P or the MSi 970 Gaming. I would recommend a R9 380 at the same price as the 270x. Buy a quality PSU, this is the other budget one I would recommend if that Antec is no longer available: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Yes the problem with z97 boards is if you lose the ability to overclock and if you do a flash of the bios it still won't be a good cpu overclocker on the account of it not being specifically designed around that.

The cpu is good. Only if you never plan on playing any total war games, running vrm's. or rendering out any type of video or photoshop. Any multi tasking would be hampered quite a bit. Along with the limitations of having a 2 core cpu being, Instability in frames. So say you're playing battlefield an explosion happens on a newer 4 core cpu fps drops by a frame or 2, where as a 2 core it would be considerably noticeable. Though it also depends on the game being optimized for 2 core or 4 core setups most tripple a titles are in favor of 4 core's, some hyperthreading. I'd shoot for at least a non overclocked i5 with 4 cores not necessarily with hyper threading or not.

The psu on the other had is apart of antecs high current line which is c6/c7 cpu power approved. So thats a plus if you idle on your pc a ton.
