I have 2 sets of outputs:
one is Earpods
and one is a Steelseries Siberia V2 Frost Blue (USB)

the question is, how do i get to get these two enabled?

why? because i want to try what pro players do in tournaments

two headsets, one pair of ears?
anyway, a practical implementation of separate audio outputs would be my wife watching netflix on the second screen while i'm gaming with headphones on. in reality i never got round to buying the hardware required because my case no longer has space for the front audio panel.

You can't, without an audio splitter. Windows only supports sending audio to one device per application. You CAN do something where you have different programs go to different audio devices, but even that is very hackish since only a handful of applications allow you to do this.

What the pro gamers are doing is not exactly what you're asking afaik.

The earbuds are there to hear the sound/their music. They use earbuds when they don't have noise canceling headsets (so they use earbuds with noise canceling headphones instead). The headset around their neck is used for the mic.

In windows you can send sounds you receive to one device and sound you send to a different device.

I always assumed the one around their neck was put there by a sponsor of the event and they were there to show they were being "used" in professional play.

Perhaps a combination of this and a seperate microphone is the answer.
