Solution
Here are more options:

1. Send it via Dropbox. Access Dropbox in a different laptop/PC with a functioning USB Port with your thumb drive inserted. Copy.

2. Insert SD Card into your laptop's card slot. Copy files to SD Card. Transfer files from SD to thumb drive using another laptop/PC.

3. Send files from laptop to mobile device via Bluetooth. Buy mobile device-to-USB adapter. Copy from mobile device to thumb drive via USB adapter.

4. Insert RJ45 LAN cable from laptop to another laptop/PC. Share your folder containing files. Copy files to other laptop/PC. Insert thumb drive in other laptop/PC. Copy files to thumb drive.

5. Send your laptop for repair. Wait a couple days to replace/fix broken USB port. Insert thumb drive...

If you don't have access to another computer - No. (although I'm sure there's PC use at libraries etc).

If you have access to another (school, library, friend etc) - Yes. Any of the suggestions above. Dropbox/Email it to yourself is probably the easiest.

Out of curiosity, what's wrong with your laptop USB port?
