I am planning to build a new gaming pc please help?

Hello guys. Im from the philippines and i am planning to buy a 28,000peso/almost 600 US dollar gaming pc with this specs:

CPU: INTEL CORE i5 4590 3.3GHz LGA1150
MOBO: ASUS H81M E 1150,DDR3,DVI,8CH,SATA6
RAM: KINGSTON 8GB HYPER-X FURY 1866MHz
PSU: HEC COUGAR SL-600W ATX PSU
CASE: THERMALTAKE VERSA H15
VideoCcard: VTX3D Powercolor R9 380 2gb 256bit

my question is, is this good enough for gaming? Can this build play GTAV, upcoming NBA2K16, MetalgearSolid V, and other latest games? I'm on a tight budget so please help me

Get a better PSU(HEC quality sucks), its a crucial component and a bad place to skimp. A poor psu can cause system instability, unexpected shutdown and can damage 1 to all of the other components.

Try to get something from Seasonic, Superflower, Antec, XFX, or EVGA(but only the B2, G2, GS, or P series)
