Could and should I run my ssd in sata express?

Solution
You can use the SATA-Express port to connect either 2 standard SATA devices, or 1 SATA-Express device. Unless you are buying a SATA-Express SSD, you will not see a benefit over using the standard SATA ports.
Sata express is an interface type that is different to typicall SATA ports. It is like HDMI vs VGA, you cant just plug one into the other interchangeably.

There is absolutely no point even with an adapter to plug a 6gbps drive into a 10gbps interface as the drive will hit the same exact max speed on either port.

You can't run SATA express on a standard sata SSD. Just like boosted said, they are two different interfaces.

However, you can get M.2 SSD adapters that will put twin m.2 SSDs in a raid 0 and you can attach them to sata express. However plugging two of them into the PCIE slots is better.

SATA express in my opinion is already dead. Nobody has made SATA express SSDs, and other connection types like PCI express and the other one that the intel 750 SSDs use are far better.

Just to add to what martinch posted, you can see it here:

Scroll down about 5 or 6 pictures and you see a Comparison that includes a picture of SATA Express (the bottom 2 items).
You can see plainly there that 2 normal SATA cables can plug into a SATA Express board.

And if you look at a board like the GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5, they only use SATA Express on the board and you plug any normal SATA cables into a SATA Express port.
This gives you the flexibility to use SATA or SATA Express as needed.
