I have a an old core 2 duo e6600 2.4ghz
It clearly says at intel's website that it can run 64bit, same goes on wikipedia although its not that reliable, I've been trying to install windows 8 64bit for ages through booting from CD or in runtime.
Bear in mind, it even says x64 based processor in the about system menu.

Current OS: Windows 10 x86
CPU:core 2 duo e6600 2.4GHz
Motherboard: XFX nforce 650i ultra
Ram:6GB (i can only use 4 cause of 32bit)
GPU: r7 250X
Power supply: Platinum rated 500W

Your PC is very old but it does have a 64bit CPU. If I remember correctly from my old core 2 duo PC, there was an option in the BIOS that enabled or disabled the 64bit extensions of the CPU. Check your bios if it does have such an option and if it does, check if it is enabled or not. Also tell us what is exactly the error message that you are getting when you are trying to install windows.

I don't really get an actual error message, Let me explain, I booted from USB itself, While in the "Verifing DMI pool data" screen it said booting from USB.. Then Screen goes black then booting into the normal Harddisk into my current windows as if it wasn't able to read the USB, although I used it to install windows on a laptop before, so the USB isn't the problem.

I'am going to check out my BIOS maybe' you're right panathas.

You will have to get it to boot to installation media before you can change versions. You might try burning a DVD and booting from that. Booting from USB can be touchy-especially on older hardware.
